RETURN POLICY

All Sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds. 

Store credit is available if the request for a refund is completed within 7 calendar days of receipt. Any return that is requested that is not received within the timeframe will be disqualified. The product must be sealed and in original packaging condition, meaning the products cannot be used or altered an any way. Retreat Soap Co. does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein. Retreat Soap Co. will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies to both products and services. Customers agree that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Retreat Soap Co. is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement.
